Meredith Oppenheim has 25 years of experience in the senior housing industry, working with leading owners and operators to drive impactful improvements, including authoring a white paper for the American Senior Housing Association. She has contributed to the growth of multi-billion-dollar senior housing portfolios, leveraging her expertise to optimize investments while enhancing resident experiences and health outcomes. Meredith is the founder of Vitality Society™, a virtual senior community featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and on ABC, Fox, and NBC, celebrated for its transformative impact on those aged 60 and better. A recipient of the U.S. Congressional Award for her service to seniors, Meredith has served on Mayor Bloomberg’s Age-Friendly Commission and the NYC Department of Aging board. As a trusted advisor to governments and companies globally, she has presented at SXSW and Harvard Business School, where she earned her MBA and contributed to a senior housing case study. She is also a graduate of Cornell University and a visiting lecturer for the Cornell Institute of Healthy Futures.
